Bluesona buckled their seat-belts last week as members of the team jetted off to Barcelona to take part in the Mobile World Congress.
As the world’s largest gathering for the mobile industry, the Mobile World Congress is organised by the GSMA. As the global capital of Mobile technology, Barcelona was great choice! Across four days more than 2,400 companies showcased cutting-edge products and services across a whopping 120,000 square metres of hospitality and exhibition space at Fira Gran Via. Bluesona were lucky to check out the latest addition to the Congress – the new South Village.
Bluesona joined other firms from across the world in delivering immersive demonstrations of some of the most forward-thinking mobile enabled products and services in the world today. Visitors experienced how product like Loop are creating a better future for citizens and businesses around the world, in diverse areas such as home, automotive, health, agriculture, utilities, industrial and more.
Over four days, the Mobile World Congress conference programme delved into topics such as 5G, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, content and media, drones, blockchain, policy and regulation, and many others. The keynote sessions featured leaders from established players and industry upstarts, as well government agencies and the development community. What was clear from the Mobile World Congress was that there is a dire need for technology championed by products such as Loop. Bluesona were lucky to connect with other like minded industry leaders committed to developing products which combat distracted driving. Roll on next year!
